
2012 I decided to open a Chocolate company and named it BETTA BITTA. as a play on words because as a New Yorker it would be better if it was bitter.

2014 We were displaying an assortment of our chocolate for 7X7 Magazine at their event at the Rosewood Hotel.

2018 a chocolate tasting with my Chocolatier Kevin for PIXAR Films

2020 a possibility in chocolate design.

2023 The future in Chocolate possibilities.
